These terms apply to your use of redcoatsyndicate.com (the “Site”) and to purchases from Redcoat Syndicate LLC (“Redcoat Syndicate,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to them.
Pre-launch period
The shop is scheduled to open on November 1, 2026. Until then, the Site is for browsing and joining the waitlist only, and orders cannot be placed. Dates, prices, and product availability are subject to change.
Products
Our luffa is a natural, handmade product. Size, color, and texture vary from piece to piece, and photos are representative. Our soaps contain goat milk and other ingredients listed on each product page. Please read the ingredient list before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs, and consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Orders and pricing
When the shop opens, placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the information provided is incomplete, and will refund any payment taken for it. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
Waitlist discount
The 20% first-order offer is for people who join our waitlist. Unless stated otherwise in the email that contains your code, it applies once per customer to one first order, cannot be combined with other offers, and has no cash value. We may change or end the offer at any time before your code is issued.

Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Redcoat Syndicate name, emblem, text, photographs, and designs, belong to Redcoat Syndicate LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The Site and our products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redcoat Syndicate LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
